1. Eligibility Criteria:

• The competition (“Competition”) is open to entrants who meet the following criteria:
  • Residents of Ireland.
  • Parents or legal guardians of two children under the age of 16 on 8th July 2025.
  • Employees or agents of SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Entrants must be available to attend the Cork Super Cup event on 8th July 2025 in Cork.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter the Competition, entrants must:
  • Follow @corksupercup on Instagram;
  • Like the official giveaway post; and
  • Comment on the post stating which team they will be supporting (Celtic FC or Cork City FC).
• The Competition opens on Wednesday, 14th May 2025 and closes at 10:00PM on Sunday, 18th May 2025.
• The winner will be announced on Monday, 19th May 2025 via the @corksupercup Instagram page and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
• Only one entry per Instagram account will be accepted. Multiple entries will not be counted.
• By entering, entrants consent to their name being featured on Cork Super Cup and SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh’s digital platforms for promotional purposes.

3. Terms of Participation:

• Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the stated rules.

4. Selection Process:

• One winner will be selected at random using an independent random generator.
• The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize Details:

• The winner will receive a Family Ticket to attend the Cork Super Cup on 8th July 2025, consisting of:
  • Two Adult Tickets; and
  • Two Child Tickets (valid for children under 16 on the date of the event).
• The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• The winner and accompanying guests may be required to participate in promotional activities before or during the event.

6. Prize Redemption:

• The winner will be contacted by the promoters with instructions on how to redeem the prize.
• Tickets must be collected at the venue on the day of the event; tickets will not be posted.
• The winner must arrive at the designated ticket collection point at the specified time to ensure entry.
• Travel, accommodation, and any additional costs are not included in the prize.

7. Publicity:

• By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the use of their name for publicity purposes in relation to this promotion, without additional compensation.

• The winner’s name may appear on Cork Super Cup and SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh’s social media platforms and related promotional materials.

8. Data Protection:

• By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and associated promotional activity.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of Cork Super Cup and SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh and relevant data protection legislation.
• Entrants may access, amend, or request deletion of their data at any time.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

9. General Terms:

• The promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition where necessary, without prior notice or liability.
• The promoters accept no responsibility for technical failures, delays, or other issues that may affect entry or selection.
• The Competition is governed by the laws of Ireland.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law.
• Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

• By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
